We are currently seeking junior-level BIM Modelers based on Saudi Arabia with 1–3 years of experience and a strong command of Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) to join our multidisciplinary team. Open Roles:
- BIM Modeler – Civil
- BIM Modeler – Mechanical
- BIM Modeler – Electrical
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and update discipline-specific 3D models using Revit.
- Participate in clash detection and coordination processes using Navisworks.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other team members via Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
- Assist in preparing drawings, layouts, and model-based documentation.
- Ensure compliance with BIM standards and project requirements.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in a BIM modeling role.
- Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
- Sound understanding of construction and detailing for your discipline (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical).
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with ISO 19650 or other BIM standards.
- Experience with automation tools such as Dynamo is a plus.
