About the Role:
We are seeking a highly connected and proactive Freelance Speaker Sourcing & Coordination Specialist to support an upcoming event in Riyadh this month. The ideal candidate will have a strong local network of professional speakers, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to secure speaker confirmations quickly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and source suitable speakers for the event based on client requirements
- Leverage local network to connect with potential speakers and decision-makers
- Communicate event details, negotiate terms, and secure speaker confirmations promptly
- Troubleshoot and resolve challenges in reaching and engaging speakers
- Coordinate closely with our internal team to ensure timely updates and progress reports
Requirements:
- Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
- Active local phone number and strong communication accessibility
- Valid local residence visa
- Available to join and start work immediately
- Proven experience in speaker sourcing, event coordination, or talent acquisition
- Strong existing network of professional speakers in Saudi Arabia
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple outreach tasks simultaneously
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 2 weeks
Pay: Up to ﷼10,000.00 per month
