Job Description
Responsible for leading broker relationship teams, managing partnerships with insurance brokers, and driving sales performance through intermediary channels. The role involves expanding broker networks, ensuring compliance, providing product knowledge, and achieving business growth objectives
Broker relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurance brokers
- Act as primary point of contact for brokers, providing support, answering quiries, and resolving issues
- Educate brokers on the company’s products, features, and benefits to enable them to effectivley sell to clients
- Partnership with new and exisiting brokers
Sales and target achievement:
- Drive sales by identfying and pursuing new broker partnerships and expanding exisitng relationships
- Meet or exeed sales target by promoting insurance products and services through brokers
- Assist brokers in closing the sales by providing them with the necessary resources, tools and support
- Identify growth opportunities
- Monitor the agent's objective and set their goals to be achieved
- Achieve yearly sales target SME's/Individuals new & renewal according to AOP
Team leadership & people development:
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
- Provide coaching, training and mentorship to imprve team performance and sales skills
- Monitor progress and conduct perfroamcne reviews regularly for team members
- Train new employees to ensure professional performance
- Identify the needs of the team members’ development to improve selling skills
- Annual vacation plan for team members
- In-house trainng courses
- Deliver performance reviews of team members, conducts disciplinary interview complete and file all necessary documents, compulsory business requirements & HR documents
Market expansion and lead generation:
- Work with brokers to identify potential customers and develop strategies to increase market penetration
- Generating and qualify leads for brokers to pursue and close
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of brokers in reaching sales goals
Management and documentation:
- Ensure proper documentation of all transactions and maintain up-to-data records in CRM
- Monitor and report on broker performance and sales results, providing insights for improvements
- Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
- Ensure all sales practices comply with legal requirements and company guidelines and maintain integrity in all dealings
Customer Service & Issue Resolution:
- Collaborate with brokers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery.
- Follow up with brokers after sales to monitor client onboarding and address concerns.
- Resolve customer and broker issues promptly and professionally
