The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with commercial modules and excellent communication skills to work directly with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage Model N support projects with a hands-on approach.
Collaborate with customers and internal teams to drive successful project outcomes.
Provide support on contracting, pricing, chargeback, and managed markets.
Ensure smooth application support operations and adhere to process guidelines.
Requirements:
12-15 years of total experience, with proven project management and application support background.
Hands-on experience with Model N Flex (Commercial module).
Strong domain knowledge in Managed Markets.
Excellent communication and customer interaction skills.
