Purpose of Job
The job holder is responsible for developing ZATCA’s Smart Facilities delivery framework and guidelines in line with the IT overall standards and best practices, managing the implementation of ZATCA’s Smart Facilities initiatives and projects, monitoring the end-to-end delivery process and provide needed recommendations for improvement ensuring Smart Facilities projects execution is carried out according to the set plans and meeting business objectives.

Job Responsibilities
- Discuss Smart Facilities Delivery Management budgeting requirements with top management and provide input to the budgeting process
- Ensure effective utilization of Smart Facilities Delivery Management budget, and report accurately on progress made and challenges encountered

Investigate and propose implementing initiatives that result in positive financial impact for Smart Facilities Delivery Management and mitigates financial and operational risks
Communication and Contacs
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent is required

Master’s degree in Information Technology Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent is preferred
