Overall Role Purpose:
Apply analytical expertise and reporting services to key operations performance indicators in order to identify opportunities to improve service quality and drive down costs.
YOUR TASKS:
- Provide support that will ensure DHL provides market-leading transit time.
- Interpret and transform the data into meaningful information that can be acted upon.
- Produce performance reports and distribute according to the agreed time & frequency.
- Pro-actively engage stakeholders of issues that will impact Service Quality indicators.
- Highlight any performance deviations to the operations for action, close coordination with Operation Performance Analyst.
- Use existing tools and methodology to conduct in-depth analysis to identify issues, problem, and opportunities.
- Develop or enhance tools and methodology to improve analytical and diagnostic effectiveness.
- Conduct on-site observations and root cause analysis with business entities to accurately identify service gaps and checks on ground ops process to ensure compliance to standards.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Strong operational and network knowledge.
- Highly developed analytical, problem solving and reasoning skills.
- Interpersonal skills, ability to engage with stakeholders to communicate & collaborate.
- Advanced knowledge in MS Excel.
- Proficient in other data visualization tools is a plus.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Willingness to travel (< 15% of the time) for on-site process observations.
