Job Purpose
To help in the strategic planning and execution of sports-related initiatives, Encompassing a broad range of activities including sports management, project planning, event coordination, and community development, aiming to align these elements with the overarching sports sector strategy. 3 Functional Responsibilities 1 Help in the development and implementation of long-term plans for sports facilities, programs, and events. Analyze trends, assess community needs, and align planning with the sector’s overall strategy. 2 Support in the continuous improvement of sports processes, policies and procedures. 3 Assist the development and implementation of sports program’s performance management system and process to ensure adequate monitoring of performance internally and externally, decision-making support and objectives and targets refinement. 4 Help in optimizing efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring compliance with RCU policies. 5 Support in the development of scopes of work for sourcing requests across the sector’s departments to facilitate internal alignment and optimize efficiency in the process. 6 Support with the communication of the sector strategy internally manage the process of tracking the delivery of projects against the strategy and the underlying strategic objectives. 7 Analyze market trends, supplier performance, and risk factors to inform future procurement planning.
