Responsibilities
- Develop compelling and creative copy for a range of platforms including websites, social media, email campaigns, promotional materials, and internal communications.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns that resonate with the audience.
- Conduct thorough research to understand industry trends, target audience insights, and competitors to inform copy direction.
- Edit and proofread copy to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Optimize copy for SEO and digital formats to enhance online visibility and engagement.
- Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects and adherence to deadlines.
- Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and techniques to continuously refine copy strategies.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior copywriters to enhance team performance and creativity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional copywriting experience, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating persuasive writing skills and a range of writing styles.
- Excellent research skills and the ability to translate complex ideas into simple, engaging copy.
- Good understanding of digital marketing and SEO best practices.
