This role requires a seasoned full-stack developer proficient in SharePoint, .NET Core/.NET Web Forms, and SQL/Oracle DB. The candidate will be responsible for upgrading and integrating multiple portals into a modern and compliant architecture based on DGA standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- - Develop, maintain, and enhance portals built on SharePoint, .NET Web Forms, and .NET Core
- - Refactor legacy code and modernize platforms while ensuring business continuity
- - Integrate backend systems with Oracle DB and SQL Server
- - Implement secure coding practices in line with DGA security guidelines
- - Perform unit testing, integration testing, and work closely with QA
- - Ensure W3C/WCAG compliance for portal accessibility
- - Provide documentation and technical support for deployment
Required Skills & Experience:
- - 10+ years of experience in .NET (Web Forms and Core), C#, and SharePoint development
- - Strong experience with Oracle and SQL Server
- - Proven expertise in developing scalable and secure enterprise applications
- - Familiarity with modern DevOps pipelines and source control (Azure DevOps, Git)
- - Hands-on experience with DGA or public-sector digital standards
- - Arabic fluency is mandatory
