AMS is continuing its collaboration with a Global Pharmaceutical company and are looking to bring on another recruiter on board to support their Talent Acquisition team. The opportunity is available for English & Arabic speaking candidates with experience in end-to-end recruitment.
Who are we looking for?
Senior Recruiter with Arabic, experienced in pharma recruitment, who will be involved in liaising with stakeholders on a day-to-day basis, will set and manage sourcing activities through a sourcer and help plan innovative resourcing strategies.

This position is hybrid and you are required to work from the client's office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia 3 times per week.

Key Accountabilities

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading a recruitment process.
• Conduct thorough behavioural/situational interviews with selected talent as part of candidate assessment step.
• Proactively work with a talent acquisition sourcer to receive the needed support, oversee development of pipelines of qualified, diverse candidates.
• Building and strengthening relationships with Hiring Managers and other senior stakeholders through resource planning, job specification, other recruitment activities.
• Identifying process improvements and managing client expectations.
• Ensuring candidate and hiring manager great experience by frequent updates and communication.
• Producing timely and accurate management information, keeping system updated.
• Deliver results against client SLAs, KPIs and team objectives.

Skills & Experience

You’ll need to demonstrate:

• Must have an experience in managing recruitment processes and working directly with client senior stakeholders.
• Must have an experience recruiting for biopharmaceutical/life science sector within international environment.
• Must have experience in conducting interviews alongside Hiring Managers.
• Must have full professional fluency in English and Arabic both written and oral.
• Must have experience in behavioural/situational interviews with Hiring managers.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build long-lasting relationships with candidates, stakeholders and teammates.
• Personality to drive a change management within recruitment processes.
• Analytical mind, attention to detail and practical approach.
• Production environment experience is desired, but not a must.
