Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale or high-impact projects.
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
Identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project delivery.
Communicate progress, issues, and solutions to stakeholders and leadership.
Oversee project teams, ensuring alignment with objectives and performance expectations.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
Project management experience, with a track record of leading complex projects.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
