Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and management of project controls standards, processes, and procedures.
- Oversee the planning, scheduling, costing, and risk management aspects of projects to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Utilize advanced project management tools and methodologies to track progress and provide comprehensive reports to stakeholders.
- Analyze project performance data to identify trends, variances, and potential risks, and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to foster communication and ensure stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support project teams in providing training and guidance on project controls best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 10 Years’ experience including 3 years’ experience on similar Projects with Middle East project experience.
- Strong knowledge of planning, scheduling, and cost control principles.
- Proficient in project management software, including but not limited to Primavera P6 and other project controls tools.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in project controls.
