II. POSITION SUMMARY
This position is based at the PD JIGPC Jazan Site, working an 8 x 2-weeks, rotational assignment.
The incumbent is responsible for FULL implementation of the Air Products/JIGPC Standards piping and
mechanical ALL International requirements. The incumbent will work closely with the Site Manager /
Project Execution Manager to support entire project execution and completion managed in accordance
with the Project quality, safety, cost and scheduled indicators.
The incumbent is having exposure and detailed knowledge of all phases responsible for Project and
Construction management, Engineering, Quality & Safety standards and hand over to commissioning
team for designated MOC/DN projects. Construction supervision for Civil/Structural, Piping,
Mech/Machinery, E&I, Site Materials and Warehouse.

V. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering.
- IRCA Certified ISO 9001-2015 QMS Lead Auditor.
- Certified CSWIP 3.1 Welding Inspector - TWI from UK (Certificate No. 299715/2).
- Certified CSWIP–BGAS Painting Inspector, Gr. II - TWI from UK (Certificate No. 441224)
- Certified API 570 Piping Inspector (Certificate No. 66050)
- Saudi Aramco SAP Number # 70008983 / 80011168 with CBT Approved (Welding & Piping
- ASNT Level II in RT, PT, MT, and UT.
- Strong Project & Construction management experience of large multi discipline sites.
- Organised, disciplined, able to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities and parallel
- Being a good team player, good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a multifaceted / multinational organizational matrix with a variety of working
- Highly professional, confident, organized and possess the ability to interact well with people as

- Knowledge and experience of Oil & Gas, Thermal and Nuclear Power, Petrochemical, Refinery’s
