The marketing team plays a crucial role in building awareness, driving demand, and strengthening our value proposition through localized, data-driven campaigns and brand storytelling.
About the Role
We are looking for a resourceful and execution-focused Senior Marketing Coordinator to support the rollout of multi-channel campaigns that drive growth for Careem Market. You will help localize and deliver integrated campaigns, manage day-to-day campaign operations, and work closely with internal and external partners to ensure alignment and impact.
What You’ll Do
- Execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels, from ideation to reporting
- Adapt global and regional moments to local needs, ensuring cultural relevance and resonance
- Collaborate with design, growth, analytics, and commercial teams to optimize messaging and execution
- Track campaign KPIs and derive insights to improve performance
- Support field activations and local partnerships in collaboration with operations teams
- Ensure all marketing collateral is on-brand and aligned with our creative guidelines
What You’ll Need
- 1-2 years of marketing experience, ideally in e-commerce, CPG, tech, or agency environments
- Strong project management and execution capabilities
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Excel, Google Analytics, or Tableau
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- A passion for consumer goods, commerce, and building for the region
