Qiddiya Investment Company is searching for a dynamic and forward-thinking Senior Manager - Digital Products Management to oversee and drive our digital product initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams in the design, development, and implementation of innovative digital solutions that align with the strategic objectives of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product strategies in alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends.
- Define product roadmap and prioritize features based on business value and customer impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to deliver high-quality products on time.
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to optimize product features and drive continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 9+ years of experience in digital product management, with a proven track record in a leadership role.
- Strong expertise in product development methodologies, particularly Agile and Lean.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to inform decision-making and drive product improvements.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in product management software and tools, as well as user experience principles.
