Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a dedicated and strategic Senior Manager - Digital Products Management to lead our digital transformation efforts. In this key role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, management, and enhancement of our digital product offerings, ensuring they meet the needs and expectations of our stakeholders while aligning with the company's vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product strategies in alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends.
- Define product roadmap and prioritize features based on business value and customer impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to deliver high-quality products on time.
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to optimize product features and drive continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 9+ years of experience in digital product management, with a focus on strategy and innovation.
- Proven track record of successfully managing digital products throughout their lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of user experience principles and agile methodologies.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
- Familiarity with digital product management tools and performance analytics platforms.
