Responsibilities: - Lead and manage complex litigation cases from inception to resolution, ensuring the best possible outcomes for clients. - Provide expert legal advice on civil, commercial, and international litigation matters. - Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements. - Represent clients in courts, arbitration panels, and other dispute resolution forums within Saudi Arabia and internationally. - Collaborate with a team of lawyers across jurisdictions to develop effective legal strategies. - Mentor and supervise junior lawyers and legal staff, fostering professional development. - Stay updated on international laws, regulations, and emerging legal trends relevant to litigation practice. - Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust.
Requirements
- Law degree from a recognized institution with admission to practice in Saudi Arabia and/or other relevant jurisdictions. - Minimum 7 years of experience in litigation within an international law firm or comparable environment. - Extensive knowledge of Saudi Arabian legal system and international arbitration. - Strong negotiation, communication, and advocacy skills with a proven track record of successful litigation outcomes. - Ability to manage multiple complex cases and lead legal teams effectively. - Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken. - High ethical standards, professionalism, and commitment to client confidentiality. - Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
