Job Description
- Develop, manage, and update the Integrated Master Schedule using Primavera P6, coordinating inputs from design, engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams.
- Establish and maintain baseline schedules, tracking performance, forecasting progress, and highlighting variances.
- Conduct critical path and schedule risk analysis, proactively identifying delays and developing recovery strategies.
- Collaborate closely with discipline leads and external stakeholders to ensure realistic sequencing, interface management, and milestone alignment.
- Generate detailed planning reports, including:
Look-ahead schedules
Earned value performance
Progress dashboards
Schedule variance analysis
- Provide technical input for delay analysis, claims support, and schedule impact assessments.
- Attend internal and client-facing meetings to present scheduling insights and advise on time-related project risks.
- Ensure that all planning and scheduling activities are in line with project controls procedures, contractual requirements, and governance frameworks.
Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years of experience in project planning and scheduling.
- Proficient in Primavera P6 and experienced with schedule analysis tools and reporting systems.
- Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, interface management, and project controls integration.
- Strong analytical and communication skills with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset.
- Previous work experience in the Middle East, especially Saudi Arabia, is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- PMP, PSP, or equivalent professional certification is considered an advantage.
Additional Information
This position is based in Riyadh and will require close coordination with client representatives, design consultants, contractors, and AECOM’s wider delivery teams.
