Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to support the timely and efficient delivery of residential projects, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
- Oversee logistics operations, including transportation, supply chain management, and inventory control, to ensure a seamless procurement process.
- Collaborate with project teams to understand their logistics needs and provide solutions that optimize resource allocation.
- Manage relationships with contractors, suppliers, and local authorities to facilitate operational efficiencies in project delivery.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential logistical challenges.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure logistics performance and ensure continuous improvement.
- Foster a culture of safety, quality, and compliance in all logistics operations.
- Prepare and deliver reports on logistics performance and project delivery timelines to senior management.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in logistics management, with a focus on residential or construction projects
