In this role, the Senior Contracts Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of contract management for high-profile projects. You will lead contract negotiations, ensure compliance with legal frameworks, and collaborate closely with project teams and stakeholders to mitigate risks and address any contractual challenges. Your expertise is crucial in crafting clear, legally sound contracts that protect JASARA's interests while promoting collaborative relationships with clients and subcontractors.

Responsibilities
- Directly oversee the drafting, negotiation, and management of project contracts.
- Ensure contracts align with project objectives, legal standards, and company policies.
- Advise project teams on contractual rights and obligations.
- Foster strong partnerships with stakeholders, clients, and subcontractors.
- Monitor contract performance and compliance, implementing amendments as necessary.
- Identify and mitigate potential contractual risks proactively.
- Facilitate resolution of disputes and claims in a timely manner.
- Experience in PMC is a Plus
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Law, or a related field.
- A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in contract management within the construction or engineering sectors.
- Strong knowledge of contract law and legal requirements in contract management.
- Proven ability to negotiate complex contracts successfully.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality outcomes.
- Familiarity with contract management software and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple contracts and projects simultaneously.
- Professional certifications related to contract management are preferred.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
- Experience in the Middle East and understanding of its market dynamics is beneficial.
- A strong grasp of Vision 2030 initiatives and their implications for infrastructure projects is a plus.
