Description
We’re in the hunt for a skilled Senior Community Specialist to take ownership of developing and executing social strategies that grow and maintain our audience. From appropriating various content formats to be relevant and platform-specific, all the way to staying on top of trends and engaging with the public.
You will also play a pivotal role in community building and activation, as well as managing our marketing partnerships with related parties and entities
Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with marketing team members to develop comprehensive content strategies, campaign plans, and creative concepts that align with brand objectives and community interests
- Monitor and respond to community comments, messages, and mentions across all social media platforms with authentic, brand-consistent messaging while maintaining response time standards
- Conduct frequent reporting of our brand metrics with detailed benchmarking
- Communicate with vendors, influencers, partners, and account managers Take charge of social media posting & scheduling on best suited times
- Establish, nurture, and facilitate interactive online communities by encouraging meaningful discussions, hosting virtual events, and implementing community guidelines to ensure positive engagement
- Be keen of any social reputation crisis signs and manage them
- Capitalize on trend marketing opportunities appropriately
- Active Community Engagement: Proactively participate in community forums, events, and discussions to build authentic relationships and foster brand loyalty through direct interaction with community members
- On-the-Fly Content Creation: Develop ability to create spontaneous, engaging content in real-time during live events, trending topics, or community conversations to maximize engagement opportunities and maintain brand relevance

Professional Background:
Hands on experience on growing and maintaining previous social accounts following and engagements, as well as partnerships building - Credentials:
Undergraduate degree on Marketing or Communications is preferred, and professional certificates are a plus - Expertise:

Strong verbal and written capabilities in both Arabic and English - Interpersonal skills:
