Job Title: Senior Civil Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer to lead and manage civil engineering projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to oversee design, planning, execution, and delivery within time, budget, and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage civil engineering projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and regulations.
- Oversee the preparation and review of engineering designs, drawings, and technical documentation.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project teams.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and ensure adherence to quality control procedures.
- Prepare project budgets, schedules, and progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification preferred.
- Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in civil engineering projects.
- Strong knowledge of design standards, construction methods, and project management principles.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in infrastructure, roads, bridges, or large-scale civil works.
- Knowledge of local and international engineering codes and regulations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
