Role Summary
Lead, plan, control key activities related to service desk, end-user support, command center, service management groups of services
Accountable for delivery and quality of services in front of Operational Delivery Lead
Key Responsibilities
Manage day to day service operations, source and deliver components of standard services from a defined service catalog
Coordinate teams for service delivery as well as for the implementation of enabling tools and capabilities
Verify service operations against stated SLAs
Interact with client on regular basis for critical interaction/incidents/Request eskside Engineers, and Asset Management.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of IT service management processes and experience in delivering improvements to these processes
Strong stakeholders’ management skills
Proven leadership and management skills
ITIL V3 Awareness / Foundation Certified
Preferably Arabic Speaking and Financial Services domain experience
