Tasks
- Manage all operations of the security project.
- Ensure compliance with all security regulations, policies, and standards.
- Manage a team of security assistant managers, supervisors to achieve project objectives.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to define project requirements.
- Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or deviations from the plan.
- Maintain project documentation and reports at all times.
- Provide regular updates to senior management and clients.
- Stay current with industry trends and security best practices.
- Lead the security team by example at all times.
Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and Strong English, both speaking & writing required.
- Strong knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) practices.
- Proven track record in security.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Security certification.
- KSA National Only
- A flexible approach in order to deliver a successful security service to the client.
