Job Description & Responsibilities
Engage with business stakeholders across departments to gather process information.
Map current workflows, dependencies, and process touchpoints using BPM tools.
Identify bottlenecks, manual tasks, and pain points impacting performance.
Analyze existing processes for efficiency, scalability, and compliance gaps.
Recommend process improvements leveraging automation, AI, and process mining insights.
Benchmark best practices and align processes with organizational goals.
Translate business needs into detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).
Define functional and non-functional requirements for system enhancements.
Work closely with engineering and development teams to ensure accurate technical implementation.
Participate in end-to-end transformation initiatives, from process discovery through to system rollout.
Ensure smooth integration of optimized processes into enterprise platforms.
Support change management by aligning people, processes, and technology.
Utilize process mining tools to visualize workflows and identify improvement opportunities.
Apply AI-driven solutions for workflow automation, predictive analytics, and decision support.
Track KPIs and report performance improvements post-implementation.
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and brainstorming sessions with cross-functional teams.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment on transformation initiatives.
Present findings, recommendations, and project updates in a clear, structured manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in business process management and digital transformation.
Proven track record in creating Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and collaborating with engineering/IT teams.
Strong understanding of enterprise systems, workflow automation, and system integration.
Hands-on experience with process mining tools and AI-driven process optimization.
Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
Experience managing complex digital transformation projects with full lifecycle involvement.
