We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP RE-FX Consultant to join our growing team in Jeddah. The ideal candidate must have 2 to 4 full-cycle SAP RE-FX implementations, a strong functional understanding of Real Estate Management (Flexible Real Estate), and experience in RISE with SAP (Private Cloud) is a definite advantage. SAP Certification is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support end-to-end SAP RE-FX implementation projects.
- Conduct business requirement gathering, blueprinting, configuration, and integration testing.
- Align business processes with SAP RE-FX functionalities including contract management, property management, valuation, and leasing.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proper development and deployment.
- Handle data migration, master data setup, and cutover activities.
- Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Interact with stakeholders and users to deliver functional solutions.
- Support project activities in RISE with SAP – Private Cloud environments.
Qualifications & Skills
- 2 to 4 full-cycle implementations of SAP RE-FX (Real Estate Flexible Management).
- Strong knowledge of SAP FI/CO integration and Asset Accounting is a plus.
- SAP Certification in RE-FX or related module is a plus.
- Experience with RISE with SAP – Private Cloud is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Saudi real estate leasing standards is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Proactive and independent work approach.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in SAP RE-FX.
- Transferable Iqama is mandatory.
- Candidate must be available for immediate joining or within 15 days.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
