Job Summary: As a Sales Associate in automotive, you will be our customers' first point of contact, providing knowledgeable assistance and ensuring a positive shopping experience. You will engage with customers in-store and through various communication channels, addressing inquiries, processing orders, and resolving any issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide product information, recommendations, and technical support for automotive accessories.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain product displays and ensure the store is clean and organized.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking and inventory counts.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.
- Collaborate with team members to meet store goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Male candidates aged 25-35 years old.
- Must be fluent in Arabic.
- Must be currently residing in KSA or willing to relocate to KSA
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional automotive technology or business education is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service, preferably in automotive or related industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
- A passion for cars and automotive accessories is highly desirable.
