Role Overview
We are seeking a Sales & Operations Manager based in Saudi Arabia (Riyadh focus, with Jeddah coverage) to build local relationships, drive new business, and manage face-to-face engagements with leading event companies and agencies. This is a full-time role designed for a self-motivated, energetic sales professional who thrives in a dynamic and creative industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent NXT Interactive in Saudi Arabia as a front-facing business development and operations lead.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with leading event companies and agencies (minimum 10 per month).
- Actively generate and qualify local leads for AR/VR/event technology projects.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in the events ecosystem.
- Work closely with the international team to support proposals, pitch presentations, and project coordination.
- Ensure smooth handover of confirmed projects to the operations team for delivery.
- Provide monthly progress reports on meetings, leads, and conversions.
KPIs & Targets
- Minimum 10 face-to-face client meetings per month.
- Expected business generation: Minimum SAR 200,000 within 6 months.
- Build a sustainable sales pipeline for NXT Interactive in Saudi Arabia.
Requirements
- Language: Must speak Arabic & English fluently.
- Experience: Prior sales experience in events, exhibitions, experiential marketing, or technology solutions is strongly preferred.
- Strong network in Riyadh and/or Jeddah with event companies is a plus.
- Proven ability to close deals and exceed sales targets.
- Highly self-motivated, independent, and proactive.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Full-time commitment for the duration of the contract.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: SAR 3,500/month (retainer).
- Sales Commission: 5% on confirmed project sales.
- Contract: 6 months (salary & compensation to be revisited based on performance).
- Target: Expected to generate minimum SAR 200,000 in confirmed business within contract duration.
- Travel expenses for work-related meetings and trips will be covered.
