Job Purpose:
To lead and manage the sales team, develop business opportunities, and drive revenue growth for Aluminum Façade, uPVC Windows, and WPC Doors in the Eastern Province (Dammam). The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction and building materials sector.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, contractors, consultants, and developers.
- Manage the sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and prepare regular performance reports.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and technical teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and project terms with clients.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and ethical practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering (preferred).
- Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in Aluminum Façade, uPVC Windows, WPC Doors, or related building materials.
- Strong knowledge of the construction and architectural products market in Saudi Arabia.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong client network in the Eastern Province (Dammam and nearby regions).
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Valid transferable Iqama and Saudi driving license.
