About the Role
We’re seeking a creative, technically skilled Façade Designer to design and deliver innovative façade solutions for residential, commercial, and giga-projects across Saudi Arabia—especially those aligned with Vision 2030’s urban transformation initiatives. This role plays a key part in enhancing energy efficiency, cultural integration, and architectural excellence.
** Responsibilities**
- Design and develop façade systems—covering cladding, curtain walls, glazing, and decorative elements—based on architectural intent and performance specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors to integrate façade design into the broader project workflow.
- Generate precise design documentation, drawings, 3D models, and visualizations for technical review and client presentations.
- Optimize façade designs for sustainability, energy performance, constructability, and budget.
- Stay updated on façade technologies, materials, and regulatory standards within KSA.
- Conduct site reviews and collaborate with construction teams to ensure accurate installation and resolution of design issues.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Architectural Engineering.
- 3–5+ years of experience specifically in façade design—preferably on projects in Saudi Arabia or the GCC. vacancies.sigell.comvacancies.masarjobs.com
- Proficient in tools like AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, and modelers such as SketchUp or Grasshopper.
- Strong technical understanding of façade systems (curtain walls, cladding, glazing), performance considerations (solar control, thermal), and construction detailing.
- Solid documentation skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English; Arabic proficiency is a bonus.
- Preferred experience with projects tied to Saudi Vision 2030, giga-projects, and sustainable architecture.
