Are you a recent graduate with a passion for numbers and business? Join our team as a Sales Finance Management Trainee and kickstart your career in a dynamic and fast-paced consumer goods company!
In this role, you’ll work closely with our Sales and Finance teams to understand how financial decisions impact business performance. You’ll help analyse promotions, pricing, and product launches, and support the team in making smart, data-driven decisions.
Your responsibilities
- Learn how to evaluate promotions and trade deals to understand their impact on profits.
- Help forecast company performance by analysing pricing, costs, and marketing spend.
- Support the review of new product launches to see how successful they are.
- Assist in checking budgets for marketing and trade activities.
- Work on pricing and trade claims for special business deals.
- Prepare financial reports and forecasts for monthly and quarterly planning.
- Provide insights to help leadership make better business decisions.
The experience we're looking for
- A recent graduate in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: Internship or project experience in finance or analytics is a plus.
- Strong interest in business and financial analysis.
- Good with numbers and comfortable using Excel.
- Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-moving environment.
- Team player with strong communication skills.
