Sales Executive – Duties and Responsibilities
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the fields of events, exhibitions, corporate installations, and rental services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, event organizers, contractors, and exhibition companies.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and emerging opportunities in the events and AV technology industry.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements and providing customized solutions.
- Deliver professional product presentations and demonstrations to potential and existing clients.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Build long-term partnerships by consistently following up and offering value-added services.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and tenders tailored to client requirements.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in alignment with company policies.
- Coordinate with the operations and technical teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery, installation, and dismantling of rental equipment.
- Support clients during setup and event execution to ensure smooth operation.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.
- Track competitors, industry trends, and client feedback to improve sales strategy.
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest AV and display technologies.
- Train and educate clients on product usage, benefits, and new innovations.
- Provide feedback to the company on customer demands and market shifts.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Nationality: Any nationality is welcome.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in sales.
- Language: Must be fluent in Arabic and English.
- Transferable Iqama (for expatriates).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
