Key Responsibilities:
Sales Coordination:
- Support the sales team with administrative and coordination tasks.
- Prepare quotations, track orders, and follow up with clients.
- Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and production teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate sales records and client databases.
Document Collection & Control:
- Collect, verify, and organize essential documentation from clients, vendors, and internal departments.
- Ensure all project-related and compliance documents are complete and properly filed.
- Maintain document logs and support auditing requirements.
Requirements:
- Education: Diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration, or related field.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years in sales coordination, document control.
- Languages: Good command of English (Arabic is a plus)
- Other Requirements:
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, ERP systems preferred)
- Transferable Iqama (preferred)
