Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Butcher to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and handling all meat and poultry products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and presentation. This role requires strong knife skills, a deep understanding of various meat cuts, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store meat and chicken deliveries, ensuring freshness and proper handling.
- Perform butchering tasks including cutting, trimming, deboning, and preparing various cuts of meat and chicken according to the restaurant’s specifications.
- Ensure proper stock rotation and manage inventory to minimize waste.
- Operate and maintain butchering equipment (saws, slicers, grinders, etc.) safely and effectively.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
- Fulfill special requests for custom cuts from the kitchen team.
- Clean and sanitize the work area, tools, and equipment at the end of each shift.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- استلام وفحص وتخزين شحنات اللحوم والدجاج، مع ضمان طزاجتها وسلامة التعامل معها.
- تنفيذ مهام الجزارة بما في ذلك التقطيع، والتشذيب، وإزالة العظم، وتحضير مختلف قطع اللحوم والدجاج وفقًا لمواصفات المطعم.
- ضمان التدوير الصحيح للمخزون وإدارة المخزون لتقليل الهدر.
- تشغيل وصيانة معدات الجزارة (المناشير، آلات التقطيع، المطاحن، إلخ) بأمان وفعالية.
- الالتزام الصارم بجميع لوائح سلامة الغذاء والنظافة والصرف الصحي.
- تلبية الطلبات الخاصة لقطع مخصصة من فريق المطبخ.
- تنظيف وتعقيم منطقة العمل والأدوات والمعدات في نهاية كل وردية.
