Job Description
ExeQut is seeking a skilled RFPs Specialist with expertise in Request For Proposal (RFP) writing and technical requirements gathering. This mid-level role focuses on creating comprehensive and compelling proposals in the fields of data management and technology. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in RFP writing, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to gather and analyze technical requirements. This position requires a blend of writing expertise, technical understanding, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality proposals that meet client needs.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop, write, and edit RFPs for data management and technology projects, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with client requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather and document technical and functional requirements.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that proposals address client challenges and demonstrate the value of proposed solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end proposal process, including timelines, content development, reviews, and submission.
- Conduct research on client industries and projects to tailor proposals effectively.
- Ensure compliance with RFP guidelines, client specifications, and internal quality standards.
- Support the business development team in proposal presentations and responses to client queries.
Qualifications and Requirements
Technical Skills:
- 3-4 years of proven experience in RFP writing, specifically in data management or technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to translate them into clear and compelling proposals.
- Experience with requirements gathering and documentation, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
