Job Description
As Recruitment Executive, you will be the first chapter in every colleague’s Faena journey. You will source, attract, and engage talent who not only excel in their craft but embody the spirit of Faena — a blend of culture, art, and service. From career fairs to digital campaigns, you will be the voice of our employer brand, ensuring that every candidate interaction is as memorable and unique as the Faena experience itself.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Recruitment Manager in executing recruitment strategies for all departments during pre-opening and beyond.
- Design role-specific sourcing approaches for both high-volume operational positions and specialized luxury-lifestyle roles.
- Represent Faena Red Sea at career fairs, community hiring events, open days, and social recruitment campaigns — always leaving a lasting impression.
- Build strong partnerships with hospitality schools, local institutions, and government programs to support Saudization goals and talent development.
- Deliver an engaging, transparent, and personalized candidate journey — ensuring even unsuccessful applicants feel valued.
- Actively manage multiple sourcing channels: LinkedIn, recruitment platforms, referrals, digital communities, and creative campaigns.
- Use ATS and digital tools to streamline hiring processes, track KPIs, and prepare recruitment dashboards.
- Monitor and report on key metrics: time-to-hire, candidate experience, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance.
- Partner with People & Culture to create opportunities for Saudi talent through internships, apprenticeships, and development programs.
- Champion the Faena employer brand at every touchpoint.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in recruitment, ideally within luxury hospitality, lifestyle, or creative industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to “own the room” at events.
- Experience using ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is highly preferred.
- A people-first mindset with creativity, agility, and passion for connecting extraordinary talent to extraordinary opportunities.
