Position: Project Controls Manager

Job Description:
Hill International is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Controls Manager to join our team. The Project Controls Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the project controls function for multiple projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project controls policies, procedures, and systems to ensure effective project management and delivery
- Lead a team of project controls professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure accurate and timely reporting and analysis
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying potential risks and issues and developing mitigation strategies
- Prepare and present project status reports to clients and senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement
- Work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to develop project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates
- Conduct regular audits of project controls processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Ensure compliance with all contract requirements and company policies and procedures
- Mentor and train project controls staff to ensure a high level of competency and knowledge within the team
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in project controls, preferably in the construction of high-rise residential and commercial buildings
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, practices, and techniques
- Proficient in project management software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and/or Procore.
- Strong profile in high-rise Buildings 30 + Floors is a must.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with government contracts is a plus
- PMP or other project management certification is preferred
