Job Summary:
Lead and oversee the production operations for all transmitters’ production lines in Emerson SPARK manufacturing Hub. You will drive operational perfection, ensure on-time delivery of high-quality products, and mentor the instrument building team to uphold safety, quality, and productivity standards!
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Ensure compliance with all Emerson HSE policies and maintain a safe working environment.
- Supervise and report safety issues, lead by example in safe work practices, and participate in resolving hazards or incidents through corrective action.
- Lead, coach, and develop instrument builders.
- Conduct Daily Toolboxes Talk with the production team to ensure the HSE Compliance and efficient production.
- Collaborate closely with planning team to meet build plan and capacity goals.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies, implementing process enhancements, and promoting a culture of operational perfection.
- Promoting training in manufacturing procedures, safety procedures, and lean practices and ensure maintaining the training records.
- Lead & maintain daily 5S+1 housekeeping standards by ensuring workstations are consistently organized, clean, and optimized for safety and efficiency.
- Analyze root causes of defects and drive continuous improvements.
- Ensure weekly preventive maintenance on production lines’ equipment.
- Ensure continuous operation of production lines by promptly troubleshooting issues and reporting all equipment failures to minimize downtime.
- Handle control to meet production schedules, ensure the level loading for all production lines to drive better achieving completion schedule.
- Ensuring all equipment is properly adjusted and aligned to meet defined specifications.
- Enforce to Quality standards and business important metrics, such as Cycle Time, Scraps, and Defect Rate.
- Participate in review meetings by sharing metrics and collaborating on actions.
- Any other duties are deemed appropriate by your line manager.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Associated (Diploma) degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical, Instrumentation, Industrial, or a related engineering field.
- Experience in supervisory or leadership role within a manufacturing or assembly environment.
- Proficiency with lean tools, continuous improvement methodologies, and quality management systems.
- Strong communication, leadership, and team-building skills.
- Practical problem-solving, analytical perspective, and attention to detail.
- Demonstrate a proactive, multitasking approach, ensuring high productivity and smooth operation.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Experience in instrument manufacturing with Knowledge of calibration processes, technical testing protocols, and instrumentation compliance with minimum 2 years’ experience.
