Role Summary
We are seeking a Product Manager to define, build, and scale our e-commerce platform. You will lead the product lifecycle end-to-end: from strategy and ideation to delivery and iteration. As the central link between engineering, design, operations, and business teams, you will ensure our platform delivers a seamless customer experience, supports business growth, and aligns with company vision.
Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for web, mobile apps, and portals.
- Prioritize features balancing customer experience, revenue impact, and technical feasibility.
- Conduct regular competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Product Discovery & Planning
- Work with stakeholders to translate business needs into user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct market research, user surveys, and customer interviews to validate ideas.
- Collaborate with the Scrum Master to plan sprints and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Execution & Delivery
- Partner with UI/UX designers to create intuitive and engaging experiences across iOS, Android, and web.
- Collaborate with backend and frontend teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Ensure timely product releases by tracking progress, removing blockers, and managing dependencies.
- Data & Performance
- Define, monitor, and analyze KPIs (conversion rate, AOV, cart abandonment, retention, churn).
- Leverage tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and Amplitude to make data-driven decisions.
- Run A/B tests and experiments to optimize user flows (checkout, payments, onboarding, recommendations).
- Cross-Functional Leadership
- Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring user needs guide all decisions.
- Align closely with marketing, operations, logistics, and customer support to ensure product-market fit.
- Communicate roadmap, priorities, and trade-offs clearly to executives and stakeholders.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Product Management (preferably in e-commerce, retail, or marketplaces).
- Strong understanding of e-commerce workflows: product catalog, search & filtering, cart, checkout, payments, fulfillment, and logistics.
- Demonstrated success in shipping and scaling customer-facing digital products.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools (GA, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Looker, Tableau).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience managing cross-functional squads.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bonus: Knowledge of A/B testing frameworks, personalization, AI-driven recommendations, or loyalty systems.
