A leading company in the field of Wedding Planners is currently looking to hire a highly organized and detail-oriented:
Procurement Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, negotiate, and purchase materials, equipment, and services based on project and company requirements.
- Ensure cost-effective procurement strategies while maintaining high quality and timely delivery.
- Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong relationships with vendors and subcontractors.
- Prepare and process purchase orders and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and project teams to manage stock effectively.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.
- Assist in contract management and cost control initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Familiarity with procurement software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
