The PRO/GRO Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing and managing all activities related to government relations, including work permits, visas, licenses, and compliance with local regulations
Job Description
- Lead and supervise a team of PROs/GROs to ensure smooth and compliant government transactions.
- Oversee the processing and renewal of work permits, licenses, and other official documentation.
- Coordinate with ministries.
- Ensure compliance with the local laws and regulations, keeping the organization updated on any changes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with government officials to facilitate efficient processing of company affairs.
- Monitor and report on the status of pending applications and provide regular updates to management.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry and documentation for all government relations activities.
- Support internal stakeholders with government-related queries and processes.
Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in government relations in Saudi Arabia.
- In-depth knowledge of Saudi laws, visa processes, and government portals (Muqeem, etc.).
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Proven leadership, interpersonal, and team management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
