Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop a portfolio management framework in compliance with EXPRO policies and regulations.
- Prepare and analyze portfolio reports (performance, costs, risks, value indicators) for senior management.
- Support decision-making by providing insights on project prioritization and resource allocation.
- Ensure alignment of projects and programs with the organization’s strategic plan.
- Manage the portfolio lifecycle from planning to closure, balancing risks and benefits.
- Track KPIs and performance measures related to efficiency and effectiveness.
- Contribute to enhancing portfolio management maturity within the PMO.
- Coordinate with project and program managers to unify data and ensure accuracy of portfolio reports
- Provide guidance to internal teams on portfolio management policies and tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Engineering, or related field (Master’s in Project Management or Business Administration is preferred).
- Minimum 6 years of practical experience in project/program/portfolio management, including government or semi-government sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of the EXPRO methodology and global portfolio management best practices.
- Advanced certifications such as PfMP, PMP, or equivalent.
- Experience in preparing financial and analytical reports for projects and portfolios
