Job Description
- Drives sales growth through business planning. Partner with sales leadership, globally, on the outlook and performance of the business and leverage business insights to benchmark performance and make suggestions on current and future actions based on key drivers, opportunities, and/or risks.
- Build sales productivity assets (e.g. territory planning templates), facilitate business and funnel reviews, represent analytics requirements and needs of sales teams to cross functional partners
- Conduct deep dive analysis on global sales performance and build narratives and forecasts in partnership with regional revenue operations
- Manage global sales programs that deliver sales capacity, capabilities, and initiatives that augment field sales capabilities to meet and exceed sales targets
- Work with cross functional partners across revenue operations, data science, finance, sales leadership teams to identify programs and needed assets to drive revenue confidence
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and work closely with regional Revenue Operations teams to develop and prioritize sales process improvement opportunities
Qualifications
- Can work based in Jeddah with minimum 2 days working in Makkah.
- Graduate or post graduate degree desirable
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
- Experience in Front Office and/or Reservations preferable
- Opera or Opera Cloud
- You have proven leadership skills
