Responsibilities::
- Develop and implement PMIS strategies and frameworks to support project management processes across the organization.
- Oversee the design, integration, and customization of PMIS tools and platforms to meet project-specific needs.
- Collaborate with project managers and teams to ensure accurate data entry and reporting within the PMIS.
- Analyze project data, generate reports, and provide insights to support project planning and execution.
- Train and support staff in the use of PMIS tools and promote best practices in project data management.
- Monitor and evaluate PMIS performance and functionality, recommending improvements as needed.
- Work closely with IT and other relevant departments to ensure the security and integrity of project data.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in PMIS technologies and methodologies.
- Support the preparation of project documentation and presentations for stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with external vendors providing PMIS solutions and support.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field., 15 Years’ experience including 10 years’ experience on similar industry with Middle East project experience.,
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously., PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in PMIS implementation, administration, and support, with specific expertise in Oracle products (Unifier, UDesigner, P6 EPPM, Aconex, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2, Agile) and their application within a PMIS environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Oracle certifications in relevant products (e.g., Unifier, P6).
- Experience with database management and SQL.
- Familiarity with system integration technologies and APIs.
