The project:
This opportunity is to be involved in a major mixed-use development, in Riyadh. The programme consists of over 200 projects including cultural and heritage assets, F&B, retail and hotels, commercial buildings and educational facilities.
Mace is currently providing programme management and are looking for high-calibre experienced people. We’re seeking a planner to help shape this extraordinary programme, which includes unique residential buildings, infrastructure, car parks, and large-scale reforestation. You’ll be part of a dynamic and growing PMO team, contributing to a transformative vision.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Conducts regular site visits to validate real-time progress and schedule accuracy.
- Reviews and analyses schedules, including critical paths, float, and change documentation.
- Assesses mitigation schedules, providing independent analysis and recommendations.
- Monitors progress against baseline programmes, identifying delays and reporting performance.
- Evaluates supporting data (e.g., procurement, quality) to inform schedule health.
- Prepares monthly planning reports highlighting risks, trends, and impacts on progress.
- Tracks project performance, identifying trends and developing mitigation strategies.
- Manages and assesses project interfaces that may impact delivery.
- Collaborates with PMCs and design consultants to ensure accurate productivity outputs.
- Develops and maintains integrated master schedules (Level 3 to Level 2).
- Ensures alignment with PMO standards, reviewing dashboards and planning procedures.
- Coordinates with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, timely information flow.
You’ll need to have:
- Holds a degree in construction or equivalent field experience, with professional certifications such as PMP, PMI-SP, or similar.
- Leads the application of planning and scheduling methodologies, tools, and techniques across projects.
- Demonstrates strong expertise in project controls, including planning/scheduling and earned value management (EVM).
