Requirements:-
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred
5+ years of experience in construction equipment inspection or maintenance
Leadership and team management experience
Hands-on experience with cranes, concrete machinery, and hydraulics
Excellent communication and reporting skills for stakeholder coordination.
Job Purpose:
To supervise daily PDI operations including inspection, minor repairs, and routine maintenance, ensuring that machines are delivered to customers in optimal condition as per company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the full PDI process including machine receiving, inspection, maintenance, and cleaning.
- Assign tasks to engineers, cleaners, and technicians; monitor job progress.
- Review inspection results and ensure technical faults are addressed.
- Assist in diagnosing mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic issues.
- Ensure safety procedures are followed during machine handling and inspection.
- Report daily progress and escalate unresolved issues to the PDI Manager.
- Work closely with the logistics team and support logistics operations whenever required.
- Ensure strict compliance with all safety standards, regulations, and operational protocols.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ﷼5,000.00 - ﷼7,000.00 per month
