Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and versatile Denter Painter and Fabricator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in repairing vehicle body damage denting, applying high-quality paint finishes, and fabricating or modifying metal components. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent craftsmanship, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Denter, Painter, and Fabricator minimum 5 years.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle body repair techniques and best practices.
- Proficiency in using dent repair tools and equipment.
- Excellent painting skills, including color matching and application techniques.
- Experience with various types of automotive paints and finishes.
- Solid fabrication skills, including welding SMAW, CO2, cutting, and shaping metal.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Relevant certifications or vocational training.
Responsibilities:
- Denting:
- Assess vehicle body damage and determine the most efficient repair methods.
- Repair dents, creases, and other body damage using various tools and techniques e.g., hammers, dollies, pullers, welders.
- Ensure repaired surfaces are smooth, even, and properly prepared for painting.
- Perform metal finishing and shaping as needed.
- Painting:
- Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming.
- Mix and match paints to achieve accurate color matches.
- Apply various paint coats primer, basecoat, clear coat using spray guns and other painting equipment.
- Ensure a high-quality, flawless paint finish, free from runs, drips, or imperfections.
- Perform buffing and polishing to achieve a showroom shine.
- Fabrication:
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan and execute fabrication projects.
- Cut, shape, and assemble metal components using various tools and equipment e.g., welding machines, cutting torches, grinders, bending machines.
- Fabricate custom parts, modify existing structures, and repair damaged metal components.
- Ensure all fabrication work meets quality standards and specifications.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ﷼3,500.00 - ﷼4,000.00 per month

- Dammam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
