Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and creative Pastry Chef to lead the pastry section with passion and precision. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality desserts, developing new recipes, and maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and present a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods
Develop new dessert recipes aligned with seasonal trends and guest preferences
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards are strictly followed
Collaborate with the culinary team for smooth kitchen operations
Monitor inventory and ensure the freshness of all pastry ingredients
Train and supervise junior pastry team members when required
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar roleStrong knowledge of baking techniques and dessert preparation
Creativity and attention to detail in presentation
Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
Ability to lead and train junior staff
