About the Role
We’re looking for a Partnerships Manager - Car Rental Sector to lead our expansion efforts in Saudi Arabia, focusing on driving B2B growth, strategic alliances, and fleet acquisition.
Job Purpose
The Partnerships Manager will play a vital role in scaling invygo’s presence across Saudi Arabia by forming impactful partnerships within the car rental, automotive, and mobility sectors. This role targets long-term B2B growth by cultivating strong relationships, closing fleet deals, and expanding our market share.

This role requires a hands-on leader who combines strategic thinking with operational execution, and who thrives in a fast-paced, partnership-driven business environment.
Requirements
- 5+ yrs in fleet procurement, rental‑car corporate sales, OEM fleet or leasing partnerships within KSA.
- Demonstrated P&L negotiation ownership.
- Fluent Arabic & strong business English.
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets (Solver, pivot, scenario).
- Valid Saudi driving license; willingness to travel 25 %.
- Soft‑skills: tactful negotiator, analytical thinker, able to build C‑level trust while pushing for cost targets, comfortable in a hyper‑growth, KPI‑driven culture.
