What You’ll Be Doing:
Identify, approach, and build relationships with potential partners to grow our merchant network.
Craft persuasive proposals and presentations tailored to partner needs and industry sectors.
Conduct deep market research to uncover new partnership opportunities and stay ahead of trends.
Work closely with onboarding teams to ensure a seamless integration experience for new partners.
Track outreach progress and manage timely follow-ups to keep the pipeline strong and moving.
Support partnership negotiations and contract execution, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date partner records and agreements using CRM tools.
Gather and relay partner feedback to optimize engagement strategies and improve performance.
Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and operations teams to amplify partner success.
Stay alert to industry movements and competitor activity to sharpen our outreach strategies.
Provide regular reports and insights to the Partnerships Manager on outreach performance, wins, and roadblocks.

What You Bring:
1–3 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or client acquisition roles.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills — you’re confident, clear, and persuasive.
A proactive mindset with sharp organization and follow-up discipline.
The ability to manage multiple projects and leads with focus and professionalism.
